Wassup my fellow Fapstronauts...another day, another battle to overcome. Cold showers really help me, try if you never tried.

We all deal with it differently I guess...what works for me may not work for you; but we all have one common goal, to beat this addiction.

Keep going FAPSTRONAUTS!!! READ...excercise... try to stay busy if you can. I'm still over coming and striving...Let's go!!!

Finally reached my 90 days...95 days to be exact. I think to myself; if there's any body else out strugglin, I just keep going.

81 days in...im doing 50 to a 100 push ups every morning. I cut a lot of grass and I'm having sex every so, not so often. Stay strong...

60 days in and still going!!!

Greetings Fapstronauts...60 days in. It's been ups and downs literally. It actually still is but I manage I guess.
