I feel as if a big reason I'm failing constantly, is a lack of social interaction. Sure, I have lots of friends at school, but when I come back come from school, I just watch youtube, play video games, eat food, meditate, homework, and sleep.
You just described me exactly, though I do go outside, sunlight compounds accumulated benefits. solitude isn't a curse it's a gift, learn more about yourself.
is there some type a library or anything you can take your studies an study there till tireness then once your in your room you pass out right away thats one of my techniques
