I'm sorry, but excercising alone is just not good enough. Trust me, I've done it many times before while in pain. Nothing helped.
You don't have to exercise alone, go to the gym and ask for professionals to look after you, or maybe you have a back problem that needs to be seem by a doctor. I had a back problem once the doc said i had to exercise, now everytime i dont exercise it starts the pain again, of course maybe is not the same problem you have, but be careful, back pain is terrible, maybe you should see a doctor. =/ Take care friend.
Exercise really helps I had this issue but, after regular workout it's over.....
