Edging ultimately leads to PMO man. Even if you think you can edge and stop, later on in the day you keep thinking about it and consequently you start edging again. Its a cycle that leads to inevitable relapse.
Cut the beast at the root, try your level best not to edge.
Stay STRONG.
It's best to stop edging and fantasizing when you realize you are doing those things. All habit changes are hard. I suggest you research about habit change. I suggest watching Universal Man's youtube Man of Action series. Peace.
