Hey, its ok if u accidentally watch something u shoudnt and fantasizing is kinda ok but dont over do it that it makes u relapse,get it? And i said this cuz i guess ur not on monk mode, if u are then its a relapse.

to get long streak avoid peeking and fantasisng is inavoidable but do your best, the thoughts are bound to come but never mind it.

Damn. It's good that you feel bad after doing such things. Those sites even profit off real videos of people being raped and abused. Harness this pain man. Make use of it, letting it motivate you to start learning and improving and taking NoFap seriously (it would be a shame to throw away the power of pain by escaping it). If you need guidance or want some shortcuts, there are some people here who know the way.

Edging ultimately leads to PMO man. Even if you think you can edge and stop, later on in the day you keep thinking about it and consequently you start edging again. Its a cycle that leads to inevitable relapse.
Cut the beast at the root, try your level best not to edge.
Stay STRONG.

It's best to stop edging and fantasizing when you realize you are doing those things. All habit changes are hard. I suggest you research about habit change. I suggest watching Universal Man's youtube Man of Action series. Peace.
