its the feeling of getting back something you have lost somewhere in life in chasing so called pmo

Yah ..unfortunately we gave up to temptation and we need to restore the balance

balance is the most crucial part and there lies a thin line between habit & addiction which is define by balance the moment we cross habit we disturb the balance and rest is just pmo left for us...
still if life can change once it can change again it just the matter of taking stand for what is important for you... your life in hell with pmo or your life in peace without pmo

Both bad habbit and addiction sounds bad . We need good habbits instead
