Take a deep breath. Think of ways to Reflexe your dopamine sorce. Socialising, being part of some sports team, or social team, any source of encouragement really works, also like taking on new challenges in life. Watching cartoon, and laughing out loud. Those have worked for me.
We need dopamine, now more than ever. we can't be depriving ourselves and expect to feel good, as we would get depressed. So find other healthy sources of dopamine replacement. I wish u the best
