There is nothing wrong in having sex and going "easy mode". No need to throw shade just because you're celibate.

Hard mode is for people who are lonely or want it. I'm on the first side, loneliness. I really think this would be more easy with someone to help me, even if it would be just some encouragement words.

I have got into a point in my life where i stopped caring for useless stuffs (people too), i wasnt always like this before, but i stopped once and now i just feel numb, i still haven't figured it out if its a good or bad thing, but i feel good kinda :3

what if ppl hate me, what if I start looking too intimidating, what if I end up being alone, hated, miserable, etc. Thing is, none of that shit happened :) These are all games ur brain will plot to keep u in this prison as long as its getting back what it wants, fake pleasure, instant gratification and cheap hormonal fixes

I can tell you firsthand that the information that fellow shared in that thread will lead to more bad than good. Zinc and copper are micronutrients and should not be supplemented without proper regulation. Take my word for this. Take too much Zinc and you will relapse within the day.

I agree. I would be careful with supplementing. But I do like how I points out the fact that there are Zinc and Copper present in semen that our body absorbs. I don't have white spots on my nails anymore, which I always used to have. Also no more bleeding gums. I believe this is due to me retaining those nutrients.

You are absolutely correct. I have noticed similar effects myself. Still, I know better than to start any supplements. I tried Zinc once, in what was to me, a highly measured dose- I couldn't last 3 hours. Copper is much more forgiving on the libido but can wreak havoc on the liver. I never bothered trying.
