i understood 1 thing by past relapses that if we want to achieve heights in nofap then we must sacrifice something and that is time
now from yesterday ,, i will just give 1 hour to nofap in which i will just research , or thing about this
That reminds me when I was in the same position as you in the past. I would that condition where I ended up relapsing in an early morning to relapse more since It won't even matter. That was in the past though. No more nuts.
man relapsed again , i don't want to say anything as it was my silliest of all mistake , edging killed me ,, why some days are that horrible
