Which part of our body is the Lower 2 Chakras?

Root and Sacral chakra, around the genitals (base of spine) and lower stomach (sacrum). It always feel that there's energy that needs to flow.. Curious about you guys!!

I dunno if this makes sense, just recently my urges come from the heart? Like when I feel lonely and longing to be loved, not that I am horny, that feeling will trigger the urge?

I while ago, I had an older, wiser man suggest to me that the next time I feel like beating off, ask "Why? What am I feeling?".

It seems those urges have to do with intimacy more frequently that we men are often conscious of.
