We're all really addicted to sexual stimulation which is why we fap. For some it's still just a bad habit but if they keep it up they will undoubtedly become full fledged sex addicts.
Some people fap just to escape discomfort and feelings of helplessness and powerlessness. These people are true addicts whom most likely had issues of some kind during childhood they would do well to look at and address. Those of us who fap even when we are happy are basically sex addicts who need to overcome our inner beast once and for all.
It's really not as hard as people think, read that book and stop reading posts here so much is my advice. That could be the last thing you ever need to read to stop fapping for good.
