I think the best for you is to stop PMO althogether, and reduce M as much as possible. It's normal to have sexual desires, but I don't think feeding a misogynistic industry that dehumanizes women and promotes deviancy is a good coping mechanism.

Well, I think it's best for you to just focus on knocking down your addiction to porn. But besure to mastrubate in moderation. Because it might lead you back to porn again. If you mastrubation leads you to porn constantly, then it's best to just cut yourself from PMO all together.

If you reach day 30 and say "it's ok, now i stop nofap" you will retur to the same guy of before with the frontal lobe dead.

My friend reached day 30 , i think he said "wow day 30, maybe a relapse is ok" but he never reach that day again(for now), if you can continue, don't stop, remember why you do it, with time, it fade away and you are inclined to relapse, return on the forum and remember why you start, this path.
