My friend, let go of these thoughts. They are nothing but fuel for relapse. It’s your addict brain talking, getting you to feel sorry for yourself so that you will continue to resort to relapsing. The most important thing you can do is have faith, and never lose it no matter what. Without faith, relapse is always around the corner.

2. This time make a comeback with a solid routine , which includes time for meditation(everyday), exercise (3-4 days a week) with a good diet, and compulsory everyday time for GOAL AWARENESS(in which you talk to yourself about your goal and importance of it in your life).
