Alcohol lowers your inhibitions, so yeah, if you want porn and masturbation deep down inside, then alcohol will draw that out of you. Same with masturbation- you expend your energy and it puts you in a stupor where your spirit is not as strong as if you were to retain that energy within yourself.

The way to beat the demons is to expose the dark corners of your heart to the Light. That means tell someone and get the secret out so they have no more hold over you. You don't have to tell anyone and everyone (you could), but just find a close friend or confidant you can trust. Pastor/priest, brother/friend, counselor....
