I have a thought that not all people do need NoFap. There was never a sign here on the website or whatever that said that everybody needs it. Some people became addicted to porn and masturbation and don't want it in their lives anymore.

The point is that some people do not suffer from the harmful affects (not in a major way) of PMO, so they don't feel like changing at all when they do a Reboot. This is completely different from my case, where cutting PMO makes my mind go nuts because of the dopamine explosion and other stuff directly involved to PMO.

This led us to another point: NoFap is not stupid. If it didn't work for you or you don't want it, just go do whatever you want, no need to call it stupid.
