    Hm. My anxiety is connecting to feeling unable to defend myself, many shit from the past is comming. It appears only when I am alone not often. Mostly when I have much of stress, hungry or low sugar. The "best" solution for now I practise is just do and doesn't matter on your psycho-state of mind. :)

    The difficult part of dealing with anxiety is when you have to do something like thinking, writing, calculating... For now i think i'm being on depressive state, i just can't think of anything, brainfog that's what it's called. I'm thinking if pmo can help :(, that's risky, but being on this state is very uncomfortable, like torturing.

    I know what you mean. I had anxiety attacks every physical education in the school. Next lessons I couldn't focus on anything. If you can - write all anxiety on a paper. After 10 minutes it will be better. Practise some sports, talk to somebody, try to switch attention to some activity , speaking with people etc

    Good idea is to make a diary and observe all your activities. Do something new in life also helps. I can recommand some books or tricks to do If you want.

    Yeah i would love to read some books or tricks tho my mind can't concentrate at this moment. I will write down my anxious thoughts. Btw that means i should not pmo right :D.

    Let's think this way. PMO releases big big big amount of dopamine and serotonine which your organism is already lacking. You are making it worse. Remember, evertyhing what makes us feeling better takes kinda reserved forces from our organism.

    Mind over mood, CBT :D. Thanks man. I'm still not sure if pmo can help me feel better, have you ever felt better after pmo? Also I always have a feeling of missing some points, a feeling that i need to do smt but idk what it is, idk which points i missed, there maybe just nothing missed, but the thought just keeps popping up telling me "you need to do smt", but do what, idk. Do you think it was a symptom of OCD?

    What is smt? After MO (I am not really into pornography) I felt like a crap. Don't think too much. Check what works for you the best via experience. Good luck.
