    exactly ! it doesn't make you feel better. there are a hundred things that make you feel better and PMO isn't one . My favorite is push-ups :p it really does make me feel better.

    Thank you for the support : ) I need to try to get back into the habit of working out. I did sit ups for the first month I was on Nofap and that was my longest streak thus far so maybe its worth doing again for luck and health.

    Before my last relapse i have been clean 7 monts and still with ed:( i have 2 much relapses in my life... So, you must to be strong. Because, with every relapse you make black holes in you brain. And you need more, and more time for reboot that holes...
