    Adjust your diet, go vegan for a while. It reduces libido and also the production of those fluids in the body. Apart from that I guess, just try to reduce stimuli where you can. As for the erections, I say appreciate the fact that you have them, without having to swallow any nasty pill. It's a sign of sound health, not an indicator that you need to "get some".
