Meditation 20 min Yoga 1 session (Video "Stretches for Neck, Shoulder & Upper Back") It was a female Yogi in that video. After some time I looked at her more carefully and saw that she's really beautiful. But I wasn't triggered at all. Awesome!!
Yoga 10 minutes - Breathing practices - 20 - 20 minutes of meditation! Our state of mind affects our quality of life! It is very important to meditate because it gives us a special state in which we have a lot of energy and we are aware!
Day 2: Yoga/pranayama/exercise: 2hrs at 3am. Meditation:1hr 30 min. Probably will do 1 more hour. It's 8am. Now I take a bath and will spend all day studying. I'll post later on the reading challenge
2000 steps / BT - 20 min / meditation - 20 min - Realized one thing. If the mind aspires to lust then meditation cannot take place.
