Hey guys just wanted to say i have been on NoFap for a month already omg. It literally just flew by after week 2. Funny thing is I hit the flatline on day 9 and Continued until day 21. I had headaches and got depressed. Low on energy. As of now I feel much better. Although I will admit I edged once which was on day 28. I felt terrible but at least I realized I'm not turned on by porn anymore so I didn't get fully hard while edging. But for now on..... no more of that and I'm more than motivated to take month 2. Benefits so far as of day 22 -social anxiety reduced by 50% -more energy, I can function with 4 hours of sleep now, getting up in the morning ain't that hard. -workouts are more intense, I go ham, always loved exercise and sports but now I have more energy to lift -morning wood hit me on day 28 Now I was just wondering if I will go into another flatline sooner or later? Just saying I have been on and off on NoFap for the past 6 months. Like my pMO has been reduced for these past 6 months like I would fap once a week back then. So far I'm on day 30 and am ready for another 30 days.
