    I have completed 1 week of NoFap iam getting a peace of mind. Even though I didn't watched porn I am getting wet dreams every day. I don't have a tempting dreams or any other triggers but my bedsheets and inner get ruined every day.
    Please help.

    If you learn how to lucid dream it is actually possible to stop them just using your head, I've done it 3 times this month.
