Has this been a thing for anyone else doing NoFap? I'm finding I have to hit the bathroom a whole lot more than before I started, sometimes upwards of twice an hour during the afternoon and evening. It's not an insignificant amount of urine either, and I have trouble holding it.

I have been making an effort to drink more water as I've been working out again, but it still feels like it's too much to be just that. I vaguely know that the prostate can affect the bladder. Is this something I should just try and ride it out?

Yeah, I've noticed that too, but it's not a large amount like yourself. It feels like I have to go more often than usual. Though, I could say the same thing when I'm cold.

The prostrate might play role in the case with no pmo or mo, but I might have to read up on it to be sure.

Had the exact same feeling through days 7 to 10 or something around that. Went away after that. Drinking lots of water helped I think.

Checking back in, after two more days things have settled down a bit. It's still often but not nearly as bad and I've been able to hold it if I have to. So I guess it was more my body getting thrown out of whack for a bit while things were adjusting.

    Thanks for the input, guys.

You might have urinary incontinence, which can be curbed with pelvic floor exercises. I might pay a visit to a Urologist and see what they have to say. Constant peeing can be a sign of a variety of health issues, like diabetes or an enlarged prostate. It could also be nothing and fade away with time, but this is something you should get checked out by a professional ASAP.
