Since I posted 10 days ago, I'm going to keep this relatively short.

Hitting the 100 day mark has been an upside in months full of uncertainties.

When I left my job 2 months ago, I knew it was time for change and NoFap was the catalyst for that change.

I haven't worked in 2 months, I've gained weight and I'm in debt.

However, If there's anything I know about my life is that I love taking risks sometimes they pay off, and sometimes they don't

In a time of uncertainty, one thing is certain I just hit 100 days of no masturbating or porn.

I am not proud of a lot of things about myself the last 2 months. But I hit 100 days on my second attempt and for that I am extremely proud.

After starting Nofap, I realized there's a lot of other things I needed to work on. I have cut out soda and Mcdonalds entirely, I drink 8 cup of water a day and I try to walk at least 10,000 steps a day.

If I learned anything in the last 100 days, is that there a lot of things in life we can't control, but can we can definitely control whether we watch porn or not.

We can all choose to fail or to succeed but at the end of the day it's just that, a choice.

My Man, you surely kept it 100. I dropped almost 40 pounds and everything thing seems perfect to someone sitting outside looking in because although I may have the necessities I need in life to 'live' a bit comfortably, I still carry with me every day this cloud over my head. It affects me everyday, from am to pm and that is porn/masturbation. I wish I could have your strength and dedication to overcome porn and only then I can truly feel that my life is complete. I hope you change those things you mentioned in your post or improve in some other areas of your life to better yourself. Stay bless
