For me, wet dreams don't help at all. But well, since my first wet dream I haven't been clean from PMO for more than two weeks, so that might be the cause. Then after I've waken up, it's incredibly hard to not actually search for the porn I've watched in my dream. But I'm very happy to hear that yours was actually a nice one!
