I don't know if this will be helpful to you, and your signature quote seems to indicate that you might already have taken this wisdom to heart, but here's something I wish I'd known at your age, and I mean *truly* known and understood:

You must *decide* what you want to do, and not just do what you feel like. You will never reach your goals by doing what you want. I know that for me, if I only just did what I wanted for the rest of my life, I'd play video games in my basement and PMO forever. But those aren't goals. Those aren't dreams, those are just short term pleasures. Find the things that make you happy, and make DECISIONS and PLANS to achieve them.

Another side thing: Do it now. Doesn't matter what it is. Does it need to be done? Don't wait, do it now. You're dying kid, you just don't know it yet. Go kill life.

 

Very smart of you to tackle this issue early on. As someone in my late twenties I wish there would have been this community and knowledge about porn when I was your age so soak it up man. Focus on school work, try reading for fun (fiction and non-fiction), maybe try working out regularly, you got this man.

About how you said you were approaching the age of losing your virginity, there is no hurry man, you have your whole life to have enjoyable sex. I compare the experiences of myself and friends who started having sex in high school to friends (and my brother) who didn't have sex until their early twenties and the ones who waited experienced much less drama and stayed more focused on school, hobbies, and work and still had just as much fun but got a lot more done. You don't have to listen to me by any means but just throwing it out there. And no matter what always stay safe and use a condom.
