13th Week Update and I need Help

    I'm back again with the weekly post. I'm done with the 13th week as well. This week seemed kinda off to me. I couldn't focus that hard on studies. Sometimes I feel too anxious. Also Thinking about the future makes stressed out than anything. I get racing thoughts. Also I'm not able to build consistent habits like yoga, exercise, meditation,etc. Also when I wake up in the morning Sometimes I feel lifeless and no motivation. I've made through this many weeks just by moderate exercise in the beginning, reading, practicing the nofap assignments. I want to keep going. Kindly share your views down below. Peace!

    Edit: I just realized that this cycle is going since past two weeks and I came To Know that I'm flatlining.

    This is not true. This is a lie we all tell ourselves. You have to tell yourself that you can do it, and then do it. Do the yoga, exercises, and meditation. You are literally the only that is stopping you.

    I also feel lifeless sometimes, and I don't think that necessarily has to do with NoFap, it depends on many other things in your life.
