    Hey guys-

Got my first two weeks completed of my 90 day goal. Thought I would give my background and an update on progress.

I'm an early 30s male, married for almost 10 years. Only started experiencing what I think is PIED about 3 months ago. We've been able to have sex, just takes a long time for me to become aroused and erect. I have also been losing my erections during intercourse, or having sex with a 40% to 80% erection.

Well, I got tired of that S&$# and decided to do something about it. Didn't want to take the blue pill route, and decided to try this after watching a lot of Gary Wilson's stuff.

I'm 14 days free of PM. I've had sex with my wife twice during this duration. We've decided together (she's super supportive) to limit our intimacy to about once per week during my 90 day goal.

I feel good, for the most part. After about day 5, we had sex and it was better than it has been in awhile. A few days ago tried again, and I could barely perform. Think I'm experiencing a flatline of sorts.

I'm fairly certain after 14 days that I'm not a true porn addict, rather that my frequent use has altered my perception of what sex is, or what it should be. I was beginning to see it as a performance, rather than an act of love. I haven't had unbearable urges, or felt tempted to seek out porn alternatives. I have felt like masturbating a few times, but it wasn't unbearable.

Some positives are that I've been getting frequent morning wood, which I haven't noticed in a few years. Also, I've gained a lot of confidence knowing that I'm in control of myself. No one makes decisions for me.

Looking forward to continuing on this path. It's very clear to me now that even non addicts can suffer from brain changes brought on by frequent PM. Let's all continue on our goals, and support each other in our quests to be better men.
