    I am very happy to have reached 18 days but most of it has been contributed by the fact that i have had exams for the past 2 weeks. And it happens that they are ending tomorrow,I am really worried about what is going to happen after that.

    You will probably go through the dreaded "flatline" period sometime between now and next week.

    Your body, in a state of withdrawal from the lack of dopamine, will make you feel HORRIBLE. Your sex drive will plummet, you will begin to feel very anxious and depressed for no apparent reason.

    But this is good thing because your body and mind will finally begin to recover once you survive the flatline. Keep track of your accomplishments up to this point and reaffirm your commitment to becoming a new person. And remember that, no matter how bad it gets, you are stronger than your demons; they are trying to trick you.
