I'm starting a "180 day challenge thread", for myself and for anyone who wants to join in. 180 days, a half-year...that's enough for almost everyone to notice significant benefits. Even those who are long time rebooters and those who are effected by PMO the most. This challenge is for YOU who really are fed up with wasting time, energy, brain health and LIFE FORCE into a tissue in front of the computer. Tired of WASTING your life. Let's do this NOW, once and for all!!! Let's get this shit DONE!!! Are you with me warriors!?! It would be fantastic if we'd become a big, bad-ass, group completely SLAYING this PMO beast ONCE AND FOR ALL! The rules are simple, For 180 days: 1. NO Porn and NO masturbation! 2. Real sex is FINE! 3. You can join at anytime, even if you are on day 127 4. ONE slip/short relapse is OK but if it happens a second time you have to write "I'm out!" and you are out from this challenge. (I very much realize this can be me, and if that happens I will resign and give the leadership of this challenge to any warrior, I feel would be fitting, who is still in the game) 5. You have to be respectful and supportive toward other members of this challenge and frequently sign in writing about all the benefits you notice. This is to keep the moral and motivation of the group high. That way we ALL have a better chance reaching the big: 180! I will be here every day.
