    Well I relapsed for the first time being on NoFap. I definitely must say that it is more shameful than before because now there is an audience. I wonder how many people get on here then relapse and leave or don't report it or don't change their counter. It definitely adds accountability. And that's good. I hope my struggles and victory will help others here. So I finished @@EarthDragon second journal. The main thing that stood out to me was in order to beat this we must entirely change our lives. That's a lot more than just stopping ha. An entire life change. But is it worth it? That's for you to decide. For some, change will be too much of a hassle, too difficult, and take too much effort. I find changing my entire life worth it to beat this. Pretty much I'm gonna do a life checklist of triggers and change my habits.

    -Hot showers. Too easy to get comfy in there so going to cold showers.
    -electronics in bed, yeah dumb idea. Read books instead.
    -stress is a big trigger. Daily meditation will be the cure.
    -being tired at night and in the morning, times it's easy to PMO. Get more rest. Read and meditate in morning.
    -being alone. Socialize more with family and friends.
    -being bored. Get going on hobbies!
    -anxious with mood swings due to withdrawals. Workout to take out anger and relieve stress.

    Just a short list for now. I'm gonna keep hackin away at a changed life.

    Well the problem is after some time you start thinking that PMO isn´t that big of a deal and that it is okay - that´s when you fall.

    @betteringmyself

    Keep going on your reboot. That's great that you are proud of how far you got. You can't succeed if you at first don't try. No I don't have an AP. Still gonna probably just keep writing on here.

    @Pureheart

    yes that is very true.

    @wrestle_the_mind I honestly think this is not a big deal. The most important thing is to get back up quickly and continue the fight. You have to be relentless to succeed. Remember, Winstow Churchill's famous words of optimism: "Never, never, never give up!" As long as you do that, you will be fine and nothing will stop you. Stay strong!
