This is pretty common and nothing to worry about, it happens to me everytime I do not PMO for 2+ weeks, and it was happening to me for months when I stopped smoking.

The point of this thread is simply to share our experiences and for new users to see those dreams are pretty common.

Two Days ago I have "relapsed" in my dreams. I did not watch porn, but I have masturbated and ended my streak. I have even felt that guilt and shame that comes with a relapse. Everything felt so real.

Last night I had yet another relapse. This time I was watching porn and browsing one of the popular porn websites. I did not touch my dick, but I've spent a lot of time browsing and watching the videos. I can't even describe how shitty I felt right after waking up.

So, what are your experiences and how often do you have those dreams (if you have them at all)?

    It seems so real.
The worst part for me it triggered me to actually relapse. After "watching" so much porn in my dreams I was tempted to relapse right after waking up. Could not get all that porn search out of my head.

We have to endure, those dreams will eventually go away :)

On my last streak of 16 days I probably had 4 of this week dreams ar least. As much as they made me feel like shit, I was glad I had them because it was like going back in time and not having relapsed.

In my opinion they have two faces.
On one hand they suck because you have some sort of chaser effect afterwards, and the urges get worse for a day or two.
But on the other, they are great because it reminds you of how shitty you will feel if you do actually relapse.

    You are right :)

Plus, they are a sign of your recovery.
