Everyone says that it is not a big deal or that you should work on yourself, find hobbies workout etc. But some people don't understand that when you didn't have a social circle when you were young, which predisposes communication with females, you lack those skills in your adulthood and it impacts results with women negatively. When you have a longing to share and thrive witha female and yet you barely can act on it or have had so many futile attempts. So broekn that the very idea of going out to a woman is painful and even when gone i get close to seisure. It's hard to describe really, what is somewthing natural or atleast should be, has not developed and now it is even harder. And time goes by and the regret builds up, but it is so painful that you still cannot will yourself to get out of the situation. And you're stuck. There wondering if there is going to be a better tomorrow. But the tomorrow doesn't come.

 

Continue to improve yourself. You are already taking initiative to do so by avoiding PMO. I would personally recommend establishing and following an intense exercise routine if you aren't already doing so. It has helped me with confidence and general well being.

I truly do understand how you feel, but with all due respect, saying "I need a girlfriend" will change nothing, only your actions can.
