2nd day...

Its my 2nd day and I feel like crap and it feels impossible to beat this but I can't think negatively or it's gonna be worse but I always start off positive but end up failing....today I'm feeling small urges but not too bad..survivable but that's how day 2 always feels like...I'm scared for day 4-12 because those are the days that I always relapse in...
