    Update: I was able to stop the binge without any other relapses thanks to your support and the help of a close friend of mine. I honestly don't even want internet access in my apartment anymore and have been unplugging my router every night and throwing it in the closet. I don't want to feel as low as I did on Monday. The only way out is to replace my antisocial life with a more social one, but its hard when you're a scientist. You're always staying up late working on something, which does not jive well with texting or trying to make plans for the weekends. Or maybe dropping my technology habits will free up some time for that? At any rate, a big change needs to happen in my life.

    Made an 11 day streak, then slipped and looked at some P subs on facebook on my phone. I deleted facebook off of my phone, that just made it way too accessible. Still proud of the streak, but its a day less than my previous streak, but its different in that this one will not lead to actual P. I felt pretty silly after the slip up and the thought of going to watch actual P is not enticing, I know that I would feel like complete shit afterwards. I'm going to get my wisdom teeth out on Monday, and I will focus on finding other ways of entertaining myself while I am stuck in my apartment. I want to launch my own blog so I will work on that. I wanna hit 15 days, and I feel that I can do that if I keep my schedule full with various healthy distractions.
