    3 days. I am still feeling guilt. My promise to myself was to h it the panic button everyday this week re. relapse, depression. I said to myself today, " I will never be able to go 90 days without PMO " . Then I asked myself, "i can't, or won't". Maybe because I don't want to. I need to change my attitude if that's true. I read the success stories and have been for a while. It has helped my attitude quite a bit. I am hopeful. I am hopeful because I have gone 7 weeks before and others have too.
