For how long you were on hard mode before you started to have O? Whats your longest hardmode streak? And how often you have O and how often do you recomend having O?
Thanks for sharing this post my brother,I'm heading for the same results.
Thanks for sharing. I'm sure we'd all love to know more about how you made it - do you ever feel the urges now? What was the hardest time? Does it get easier? What are your top tips for when the going gets tough? How many failed attempts did you have (if any) before this record-breaking streak? What was your longest streak before this one? I'm sure we'd all love to know your secret
Hey man may I ask how long after did you have sex from the day you stopped watching porn and did you notice any improvements?? thanks sorry I know it's a weird question but this would help me
What a post man....really inspiring. I'm currently on Hardmode for 1 year and one day will catch up to you.
Not at all a weird question - very logical to ask. Are you going for hard mode or normal mode, @Salvo?
25 days hardmode and then I'll be with my wife again so I'll go to normal mode )
How long do you intend to keep it up as Hardmode/Brahmacharya / no women either ?
Respect you my friend
congrats on one year i hope that I can reach this landmark in the future
Sounds good. Sorry to see you relapsed - but don't give up - we're all here for you!
Congratulations big boy!
Thanks for the question mate. I have no problem answering these questions honestly and openly. I have cravings almost every day. That has never gone away for me. What is abundantly clear is the consequences for indulging in pornography. These FAR outweighs the 10 seconds of pleasure followed by weeks of torture. The hardest time was my relapse 3 years ago. I wanted to see if I could PMO "in healthy way now that I had a year of recovery" and that was downright false. I could barely function and I struggled in every area of my life for weeks after that. I hated myself and honestly contemplated ending it. I was miserable. But I turned that feeling around into fuel to motivate my recovery. I turned that misery into Drive to get better so I never had to feel like that again. I have had 1 major failed attempt (full blown PMO relapse 3 years ago) and many smaller setbacks. The longest streak before this was roughly a year.
I will agree with most motivational speakers ( I do not consider myself one. I just watch a lot of motivational videos) that there is no secret. If there was it would be this: Stop. I am not going to give anyone on here anything that will "make you recover from pornography in 5 easy steps". What it really boils down to is your desire to so whatever it takes to get better. Are you willing to suffer? Are you willing to push yourself? Are you actually wanting to get better or are you bullshitting yourself? Are you willing to work for it? Are you willing to change? For a lot of us on here the answer to most of this is NO. We need to dig inside deep and start being honest with ourselves. That is step 1.
Glad to hear...
Welldone man. One question, During recovery did you face the MUCH stronger urges as you became more resistant? If so do you still face them or have they become less demanding now?
