Today marks my 30:th day of NoPMO.
It all started when I got exposed to my friend masturbating to porn in front of me at the age of 13. Keep in mind, I am not blaming him for being here, but that is how it all started. I am 22 years old now and have been on and off from NoFap for about 4 years. My longest streak was about 300 days in 2016. Best year ever. I am not really saying that NoFap changes your life automatically, but when you do abstain for a long period of time all I can say is that you automatically will develop positive habits and get into a state of mind you could not even dream of experiencing when being in the poisonous PMO cycle. I have developed a morning routine which consists of these things:
    - Reading a book (self-development)
    - Writing in my journal.
    - Reading a chapter in The Holy Bible.
    - Praying
    - Cold shower.
During the day I work, go to the gym (6 times a week), study, sleep, repeat.
The things that I have experienced during these 30 days are:
    - Tons of wet dreams (not necessarily good but wanted to mention it).
    - Increased energy in the Gym.
    - More energy, focus and productivity while working and studying.
    - More appreciation for the little things.
    - A breakup with a girl I was together for about 3 years (toxic relationship).
    - More freedom (time) to really develop to the best version of myself everyday.
    - Less anxiety
    - More confidence in many areas.
    - Stronger belief in God.

I am really grateful for this community. Words can't describe it. God bless you all.
If you have any questions, I would love to answer them. Hope I could inspire someone out there with this post:)

    Wow. Congratulations!

I just lost my battle few minutes ago. I was abstaining from porn. It has been only a few days and I couldn't take it any longer. Very disappointing.

Hoping to start again with more determination this time.

My question is how did you relapsed when you reached 300 days! I mean 300 days!
You are a monk. I need to learn

    Edit
I started watching porn closed to your age, my was around 14, I am a Christian too, Infact I have a similar daily program as yours.

Don't give in brother. The first week is always the toughest because the brain is so used to the P. It will work out soon, keep on fighting!

2 weeks is a great start my friend. I can imagine you learned a few during the abstinence. Great to see that we have so much in common. Believe in Christ and he will give you the tools you need to be free of this. Godspeed

Thank you brother, but you still didn't answer my question on the 300days. I need it to learn and not to be nosey, you see, when I reach the mountain top like that 300 days, I want to remain there

What made me reach there in the first place was my ex girlfriend. I did it to not cheat on her in my mind. I wanted something more out of the relationship and wamted to become stronger everyday, which I did and the relationship grew stronger as well. My advice ti really stay there is to never be complacent and just be cautious and not forget who you used to be before reaching those high numbers. My problem was that when I reached 300 days I let my gurad down and slowly but steady started to develope bad habits which lead me to the relapse. Stay strong. It will get easier with time.
