31 days anxiety, and bad/vivid dreams

I'm on day 31 of no PMO. Does anyone or has anyone experienced weird dreams this far out? I have anxiety too. The thing I can't figure out is it's long covid I'm dealing with(was really sick back towards the end of November and early December)OR if it's no PMO messing with me. It's weird because it seems like a lot of the symptoms are similar in both cases. Has anyone had this resolve and what days did you start to see improvements? I feel like I'm far out and dealing with this is frightening to say the least.

Thanks for the reply. I'm holding on. Just finished day 41. I don't want to go back. This is my longest streak ever. Im still a mess but unfortunately I can't really pinpoint what's causing it. Next quit is going to be cigarettes. But I don't think I have the mental power or toughness to do that now. God bless everyone.
