    Hi did any one experience hair regrowth after 45 days of NoFap. Hair looks healthy and think. Hair line improves. I am seeing these visible benefits.

    As for me, there's no god, but I find that meditation helps a ton. Also, cold showers help, and exercise gives the dopamine that one's brain needs, in the right dosages.
