I officially reach 6 days in a few hours and I'm quite certain this is the longest I've been without PMO for a decade or more. However I am noticing a lot of headaches (reading these forums I've come across a lot of people who mention getting headaches as a side effect of rebooting). For my own part I think the cause has something to do with how I tense my forehead when I'm stressing and doing my best to cancel our erotic thoughts that will lead me to PMO. I occasionally catch myself frowning / scowling and I can feel a dull ache or tension around my head because of that. Has anyone else found this with their headaches and does this tend to remain?
If it is not bearable , it is better to go on gradually than total fail.Make 7 days M without P than surpass it to 10 days or whatever you prefer.Your body will get used to this schedule and you won't have headaches. But don't watch P !

try relaxing every muscle in your face by breathing deeply, on every outbreath try to relax even deeper. If this helps then its probably just a tension headache.
There were a few days for me around the 2 week mark that I felt terrible. Luckily my boss let me go home the one time it got really bad. Stay strong
