    Dear Fapstronauts

This is my report of 60 days of Nofap hardmode. Few days ago, I completed 60 days of no porn, no masturbation and no orgasm. I will highlight benefits, problems, tips and end with some questions:

    Benefits:
    1- Inner peace and tranquility
2- less depression and anxiety (still exists but very mild and tolerable)
3- I can tolerate noise and arguing now
4- better sleep quality (still bouts of insomnia but not horrible like it used to be).
5- stronger and longer erection by the smallest thought about my wife.
6- no porn flashbacks at all.
7- more confident in social events.
    8- people find me funny
9- no desire to stay alone.
    10- no brain fog
11- I experience less absent mindedness.
12- crucially, no shaking or shivering of fingers.
13- flu like symptoms disappeared completely ( NO runny nose or congestion, no chills or fatigue.

    Problems:
    1- tedium
2- missing my wife so much
3- complaining about the long recovery time
4- difficulty in resisting youtube videos that has hot girls.

    helpful tips:
To go through this rebooting trip, you need
1- high intensity work out (running fast, weight lifting, push ups) daily for one hour. Why? It helps regulates dopamine rush and reopen dopamine receptors and create new receptors. Don't stop working out unless you are really exhausted.
2- practice deep breathing daily ( inhale through nose, hold breath for 10 seconds then exhale slowly through mouth. this helps regulate dopamine and reduces stress hormones.
3- eat fruits, vegetables and honey daily. No junk food at all as it slows down rebooting by rushing dopamine in a similar way to porn.

    Questions about relapses:
1- If I watched hot pics of my wife for few seconds and experience slight pain in the brain, increased heart beat and an erection but without fapping, Does this count as a relapse??
2- If I try to remember previous sexual intercourse and develop an erection, Does this slow down rebooting?
3- I heard an expert on porn addiction recovery say " Only repeated exposure to porn and masturbation count as a relapse and fantasizing about porn as well... BUT if it happens once, you do not need to reset the clock again and start from day 1 again"
    Do you agree or disagree?

Final note: utilize Covid 19 quarantine to do brain reboot. we may not have another time free of sexual stimuli on the streets.

Thanks brothers for reading this post. I'm looking forward to your responses.
    Stay strong

1- I only feel this when I open a porn page. I don't feel anything when I see other type of content when a pretty woman is in display. I don't feel it when a woman gets naked standing in front of me.
So, for me is ok to get that feeling for your woman. Maybe is not going to be ok if you start to see hot pick of womans you are not dating.
2- If you just remember that good moment is ok. if you do it to get hard in order to have sex with someone that don't turn you hard, is bad.
3- I agree, if you just look 5 seconds at a video a friend send you via wapps is not going to reset your brain to day 0. You used to watch porn for several minutes/hours every day when you were adiccted. A few seconds of it per week / month are ok. Warning: if that become a trigger and give you flashbacks douring the day, you should stop doing it.
