62 days no PMO consistent morning wood/frequent urination gradually getting better.

    This post is for post is for anyone that believes there overactive bladder/frequent urination/nocturia is associated with PMO!

    Starting out for me I would usually have to pee honestly every 20-30 minutes. The urgency to urinate during the day and at night was literally almost unbearable. No reaching past two days the feeling of urgency is waaayy more controlled and im urinating less times throughout the day. I can go a couple of hours if im running errands without feeling like im going to explode on myself. When I am comfy at home maybe every hour and a half two hours. But that's a huge improvement and even when I feel the need to pee my bladder feels much more at ease.

    With urinating at night, before I would wake up maybe like 4 and maybe 5 times a night to pee, not it has gotten down to 2 times a night, and I see that I can sleep 3-5 hours at a time before waking up to pee. So right now waking up twice is almost guaranteed for me but a HUUGEE improvement. And I literally wake up every morning to morning wood. Even if it means I need to pee, morning wood is morning wood!

    Now my 62 days have not been perfect in avoiding stimulation. . I haven't intentionally gone on any porn sites and masterbated or edged or even watched porn, but I have had slip ups and sneaks of arousing images (twerk videos, IG models, tiki's Tok vids etc) . I have seen porn pop ups or materials but I've quickly exited out of them. And I have tried some hook up sites, but as well know most of these hook up sites have porn adds in the bottom corners so even when I was genuinely trying to avoid porn I couldn't. Which is fine, I know I can't fully escape pornography everywhere, heck I can't even escape being aroused because its going to happen. BUT I do have the power to control my urges, build self control to not tempt myself or go back to my old ways. Because the more you peek and edge, and look at arousing images the more you put yourself at risk of relapsing.

    But I hope that my honest and transparent walk motivates someone out there to keep on fighting. We are all going to make it out of this addiction!

    I also had the frequent urination back when I was PMOing all the time, and it actually got a little bit worse for a while when I first started NoFap and was going through the initial withdrawal phase. It took about three weeks before it began to improve. It will fully resolve itself once you get a good streak going.

    Thanks a lot for your story it gives me hope and motivation since I suffer from the same s**t!!! I'm on day 27 nofap and it's my second reboot so to not slip again I've just uninstalled twitter, I'm only left with Facebook but I just use it to search stuff on market place and bet tips on Hollywood bets group for just few minutes then I logout. For porn that pops up on internet I've just downloaded an app called 'brave' I just go to any website using this app so there are no pop up porn ads. I only go to YouTube for highlights, pro evolution soccer videos ,nofap videos nothing more. That's all I do to avoid triggers on TV I just watch soccer and news !!!
