Finished 7 days no porn no masterbating.. I’m actually proud of myself. So much temptation out there now a days makes thing just a little bit more difficult. This time I stuck to my rules, cancelled A lot of things out, and posted on here more. Took a lot of advice from this community and applied to my daily life. Working out, staying busy, off my phone, clearing up my social media, and food change also. Looking to keep moving forward cause I really want this to end. Feel like i got little control now, I know it will only get tougher but nothing ever easy so just gotta stick to my guns and do my best. Thank you guys!
