    Hi all,

Just sharing another update. In a few days it will have been 7 months since I started my reboot.

    No relapses to porn.

Last week was the first time in my journey so far that my gf didn't need to physically stimulate me in order for me to get and maintain my erection - normally she needs to give a bj before I can get hard.

I got a full erection by just seeing her naked. First time this has happened since starting my reboot 7 months ago.

Note: I went into a flatline 7 months ago, approx 1.5 weeks after I quit porn. Since this time, I have had difficulty getting/maintaining proper erections. Couldn't have sex for the first 3.5 months of my reboot - and the first few times I could have sex it was terrible as I didn't last long. Now the sex is been mixed, sometimes amazing, sometimes terrible. However, the trend has been up. Slowly, we have gone from having perfect sex just once a month, to twice a month, and most recently I would say 3 times a month. It's not much, but over time I can see the progress and so can my gf as she commented on it.

I watched porn for 15 years at least 4 - 5 times a week, so I know that I will have to just wait longer. I'm just happy that every now and then we have amazing sex - the progress is really encouraging. It's really been up and down, that's the hardest part for me. It feels like I go backwards sometimes and that is scary. I have to remind myself that it's random and just because it's not good one time, it doesn't mean the next time it also won't be good. Also, if I zoom out and look at my progress over a larger time - frame, definitely it's easier to see the progress. From just really good sex once a month, to 2 / 3 times a month is very noticeable.

Good luck to you all, keep away from porn.

Great to hear of progress. Good sex again is a great sign even if not all the time. How are your t levels. You can always eat foods and sups to help with that. Lots of good t boosting stuff out there.
