Even after putting restrictions on my iphone they didn't work as I found out tonight, after 8 days. It was getting so difficult and i feel shitty now. I am starting again from day 1, I need inspiration and advice; does this get easier, does the urge get more manageable because it was all i could think about all day? Please respond with advice

Dude, try not to give in to the urges. I know it can be very difficult but that's how we'll all get rid of this addiction. You have to change your mindset, change your environment, just do whatever you can to avoid those triggers at all costs.
Watch the NoFap academy and SacredSexualityProject - two great channels on YouTube dedicated to nofap. Yourbrainonporn.com is a great website to prevent you from relapsing, go check Uncle Bob's recovery tips and read other people's success stories http://www.yourbrainonporn.com/uncle...-recovery-tips

Below are the 10 questions for relapse prevention from yourbrainonporn.com

Will acting on this temptation bring me long-term satisfaction or instant gratification?
What will be the end result if I act on this temptation?
If I choose to act on this temptation will it make my life better or worse?
Do I take 100% responsibility for my own actions or do I blame others and make excuses?
Can the addicted part of my brain force me to act out against my will?
Is there a part of me that wants to walk away from this?
Can I choose to follow that part that wants to walk away?
Is there a feeling of peace that will come to me if I walk away?
Would I feel better about myself tomorrow if I didn’t act out today?
Will I honor the rational part of my brain that is encouraging me to walk away from this temptation?

Do NOT give in to the urges, remember we are all in this together. Stay strong!

Chris, I've been told again and again that the worst urges will be over with by Day 30. At that point, they begin to be replaced by other, more productive habits. I know that probably seems a million miles away, but if you keep yourself busy and take it one day at a time, it'll be here before you know it.

    Stay Strong!
