    It's been 6 years I am struggling with porn and masterbation addiction. I come with plan for next 5 minutes to change my problem. In next 5 minutes I won’t think about anything which makes me stressed and unhappy. From August 4 onwards, I will quite watching movie and eating food that I love. I find sacrifice would makes my life more peaceful. I will be updating once I complete the challenge.
