So guys I did it. I made it 3 months without masturbating of any sort, and 100 days without porn. Not that this is the end, it's just the beginning. I'll be writing a long post of my experience and changes\benefits, myths etc. Tomorrow. But for now i just wanted to share it, because it feels pretty damn amazing. I never thought I could do it but here I am. The future is looking bright. Peace

@dan_w The hardest part was the beginning of course... for me probably the first 15 days were the strongest urges, after defeating that barrier I obviously still had urges, but I could easily control them and just started to see myself as someone who doesn't watch porn or masturbate. I had a bunch of petty failures in the beginning of trying nofap because I was simply seeing it as a game I was playing in my head, how long can I go... , instead of simply saying I am done with this lifestyle. For this attempt I really said enough is enough and I wrote down the last time I PMO'd and said LAST TIME EVER. Also last time I PMO'd was when I was 17. So now I can totally leave that lifestyle in the past and keep it out of my adulthood for good. And yeah man what better profile pic than the wise old man from old school runescape
