A fog is lifting off me

I was in a bad place these couple months and my porn and masturbation habits had escalated way too much. I was completely numbed out. I had no feelings. Just utter sadness. Anxiety was high as well.

It's been a week today since I quit. Although I've managed up to 2 months having streaks of usually 2 weeks over the past few years. This seems like the biggest upheaval.

I was in this existential, miserable state. I felt like a caged animal that wanted to be freed.

It's only been a week. But things seem like they may be looking up. I will recover
