A humble 31 days

Hi guys

a 30 day streak has been a goal for a while. I knew that if I could make it, I could also post here which is kinda odd but it helped. I have noticed a much richer family life. I feel clearer at work , more confident. My memory has improved, I can recall people's names much better. But just feeling more connected to my family, and not longing for every attractive women is the best part. I feel free.

I actually almost slipped today - knowing I hit my longest streak. However I stopped myself. This has been key, the ability to override the urge.

I am also on the back of a series of good streak for myself (up to 18 days) so I am feeling really positive about 2019 so far. However I realize I have a long way to go.

Some of the reasons I feel I have had a better experience this time

• Started doing the exercises at Recovery Nation - A value based approach, backed by a life vision really makes sense to me. I do not have it right, but I am trying.
• Listening to pod casts including The Porn reboot podcast and Love people use things
• Having a porn blocker on my router, and giving the password to someone. Note, I could still access P easily if I wanted to, for example, my phone. It is just a psych thing.
  
• Have shared my struggle with some friends irl

I have to set a new goal. It is 70 days. My AP said his longest is 68 days and challenged me.
