Hi, I've heard of the nofap before and done it once or twice not for very long. Once when i went on a road trip back in highschool with my friends. It really helped having a lot of distractions and a few other times here and there. Anyways i made this account because I have a question. I have decided to give it a real shot for a long period of time. I started at the begining of this year and something different is going on. My balls aren't hurting. not like every other time I have tried. Its actually becoming a concern for me. It use to be after just a few days they would, but this time I am on day 18 and still besides maybe one or two time's when I edged my balls have not been hurting. A few things different from all the other times is I have been working out almost everyday. The other is I have turned towards God. I am just worried that everything is okay down there and not sure if i should go to the doctor?
